Meetings

You can access details of the meetings of the West Midlands Rural Affairs Forum by visiting Forum Meeting. There you will find papers & presentations produced for the meetings, and the minutes issued afterwards.

Attendance

Members (or their deputies) are required to attend all meeting where possible.  Members sign up to a minimum attendance of 75% (3/4 Forum meetings).  Please see Member Job Description and Member Declaration Form.

Supporting papers and presentations

• Suggested items for the agenda should be forwarded to the Secretariat no later than four weeks before the meeting date·       
• Any supporting papers (including business updates and information papers) and presentations should be forwarded to the Secretariat two weeks before the meeting date

NOTE: All papers will be taken as read unless stated in the agenda.  There will be an opportunity for related questions during the regular Q & A session at the end of Forum meetings
